Every year money is being looted in the name of providing relief, carrying out to rescue operation, providing rehabilitation and in the name of maintenance of embankments” tweeted Rabri Devi. Also Read | Nitish Kumar avoiding responsibilities over encephalitis, floods in Bihar: Rabri DeviAlso Read | RJD MP Manoj Jha gives Zero Hour notice on Bihar floods in Rajya SabhaAlso Watch | In Depth: Decoding the link between floods and droughtsFor the latest World Cup news, live scores and fixtures for World Cup 2019, log on to indiatoday.in/sports.
