No oneSome of the cannabis and camps found at Hofwerk and Gatetroy, Berbice Riverhas been arrested, but Police are continuing their investigations.In the latter part of September, Police ranks in Essequibo, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam) and Berbice had arrested five men in two separate drug eradication exercises.In Berbice, two men were busted with a quarter kilogram of cannabis, which they tried to discard after being caught smoking a ‘joint’.Meanwhile, in Essequibo, during a 12-hour drug eradication exercise at Araray Village, Upper Essequibo, ranks stumbled upon several acres of marijuana.
