NEW DELHI: Delhi Public Works Department, which has task of implementation and maintaining infrastructure projects, is grappling with staff shortages. Major Infrastructure Projects such as WiFi are also far behind schedules. The date for street-escaping bidding originally June 30 last year, has moved the December 31 this year, while the installation of 1.4 lakh CCTV cameras will only be completed by April 2020.
